Feedback on parking space owners

Personal Information also includes your [Facebook, Google] log-in credentials, password, transactional information based upon your activity on the Site, user feedback and comments, demographic information, and authentication information. Some of this information is mandatory and some is optional
We will track the parking transactions in real-time and have this data visible on our site through the use of Google Maps. We may also receive other information directly from Third Party Services, such as your name, profile photo or avatar, job title. [If you give us permission through the account settings, we may also access your Facebook Friends, LinkedIn Connections, and other similar information from Third Party Services.] You acknowledge that this information is your Personal Information and by creating an Account on the Services and providing Personal Information to us, you allow others, including us, to identify you. Locational information

All of our services are location-based services and thus we collect and store information about your location when you use our service and when you make a space rental transaction. This information can come from a variety of sources depending on the client you use to access the Services; for example, a mobile phone may report its GPS location at the time you access our Site or Services.

Financial information

We do not currently collect financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information); that information is collected and stored by our third party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”), and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy.

User Content:

We want you to share them with us and other uses to improve the ParkUpNow experience. In fact, we ask you to rate parking space owners and renters after the transaction so that we can keep tabs on the people and spaces that are the best. When you do, we get to keep that data indefinitely, even after you terminate your Account. As long as we don’t share your Personal Information with third parties, we may continue to disclose other content to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

User Supplied Information:

Sometimes we ask you to complete surveys, answer questions, and provide other information for us or our partners. If you want to answer us, that’s great! If not, that’s totally fine, too. Though in some instances, you may not be able to access the Services if required information is not provided IP Address Information and Other Information Collected Automatically:
When you go to our Site, we automatically receive and record Information from your web browser when you interact with the Services, including your IP address, location, browser or mobile platform, cookie information, and page information you requested. If you cannot be reached this way, then it will be challenging for you to use the Services. We will not send you text messages for anything unrelated to the Service you request.

Data helps us improve our products and make our Site and the services better. We share your username with other users and only the other Personal Information that you elect to share in the Account. Please keep in mind that you will need to share Personal Information with other users in order to complete a parking transaction through the Site.

Information Shared with our Partners:

We work closely with other businesses that sometimes sell or promote products to you through our Services. We will clearly state when one of our partners is associated with a transaction, and we will share your Personal Information that is related to such transactions with that business, unless you have opted out of marketing partner communications during Account registration or through your Account settings.

We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share Personal Information with our Agents in order to provide the Services. 1. The website www.parkupnow.com ("the Site") is a parking space rental agency which allows you to book parking spaces anywhere in the world.
2. The Site is operated by Kaleido Solutech Private Limited ("we" or "us") and membership is open to any individual who chooses to register with the site.
3. These terms will apply to anyone who views or uses the Site ("you").
4. Whether you register or not you will be bound by these terms and conditions in full and you also agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy policy which explains the use we are authorized to make of your personal information.
5. These Terms and Conditions relate to your passive use of the Site, if you wish to book a parking space through the Site you will also need to enter into a Parking Space License Agreement with the parking space owner and you will be bound by our Driver Agreement.
6. If you are a parking space owner and you wish to rent your parking space with us you will be bound by our ParkUpNow Owner agreement.
7. Please note that these terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Notification of any changes will be made by posting new terms onto the Site. In continuing to use the Site you confirm that you accept the then current terms and conditions in full at the time you use the Site.

Registration:

1. Registration with the Site is currently free, however in order to become a registered user you will have to provide some basic personal information.
2. You agree that all information supplied on registration is true and accurate and will be kept up to date at all times. We will use the information provided to us to contact you.
3. You may not have more than one registration and we reserve the right at our discretion to delete or cancel the membership of any person who in our opinion possesses more than one registration at any time.
4. You are not entitled to allow any other person to use your registration. You may not impersonate any other person in any registration whether or not that other person is a user of the Site.
5. On receipt of an email by you to us cancelling your registration then we will terminate your registration.
6. We reserve the right to terminate your registration immediately without notice if in our opinion you have breached these terms.

3. We do not screen user-generated content (including content relating to available parking spaces) or information on the Site and we cannot give any assurance as to its accuracy or completeness. Users of this Site are expressly asked not to publish any defamatory, misleading or offensive content or any content which infringes any other persons intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright). Any such content is contrary to our policy we do not accept liability in respect of such content, and the user responsible will be personally liable for any damages or other liability arising and you agree to indemnify us in relation to any liability we may suffer as a result of any such content.
4. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the Site without our express written consent. Referral Program:

- To be eligible for the Referral Reward Programme:
1. you must have an active User account on ParkUpNow;
2. you may not refer yourself for the Referral Program;
3. the Referred User should not already have a User account (active or inactive) on ParkUpNow;
4. the Referred User should sign up for a User account using the activation link of the Referral Invitation;
5. you won't receive rewards if you're the driver or property owner on a booking with a person you refer. Additionally, if both a driver and property owner are referred by you, you won’t receive rewards if they book with one another.
6. your rewards will be released based on the terms and conditions of the referral program as deemed fit by ParkUpNow.
7. we reserve the right to close customers’ accounts of Referring or Referred Customers, if these have acquired rewards by fraud or have used or attempted to use the acquired rewards in a way that violates these terms of applicable laws.
8. we reserve the right to terminate the Program or change the terms at its own discretion at any time.
9. fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of rewards in the Program may result in forfeiture of accrued rewards as well as cancellation of a User's Account and any ParkUpNow Customer Account.
10. our failure to enforce a particular Term or Condition does not constitute a waiver of that Term or Condition by us.
11. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Programme or the eligibility of rewards for accrual will be resolved by ParkUpNow in its sole discretion
12. The Programme and any use of The Website are subject to the ‘terms and conditions’ of The Website and the Privacy policy terms, as described on the Website

General:-

1. Kindly show your PUN number in your mobile phone to the security guard at the entrance and exit. Kindly ensure that your transaction has been ended by the security guard.
2. For any disputes, kindly use the mobile app to raise your dispute or contact us via support@parkupnow.com. Please mention your PUN number while stating your dispute reason.
3. Kindly ensure that you park in your allotted spot only and not anywhere in the premises. Also, ensure to stay away from incoming and outgoing buses in the premises for your own safety.

BEST Depots:-

1. Parking at BEST depots is available only till 8 pm.
2. Kindly abide by the security protocols of the BEST security guards at the depot premises.
3. All customers need to get off the vehicle at the entry point and only the driver will be allowed to enter the depot in the vehicle.
4. The driver needs to park the vehicle and vacate the depot premises. He / She is allowed to return to the vehicle only when leaving the depot.
5. Any mishaps or damage to your vehicle when parked in BEST premises will be solely your responsibility. BEST or ParkUpNow are not responsible for safeguarding your vehicle.
6. Any damage to BEST premises or personnel by your vehicle will have to be reimbursed in full by you.
7. In case your vehicle overstays beyond the prescribed limit of 8 pm, you will be charged an additional penalty for the same and if required, your vehicle might be towed at your expense. So please ensure you vacate the premises before 8 pm.
8. BEST has the right to refuse parking in case of emergencies or extreme situations. In such scenarios, ParkUpNow will reimburse your parking charges, as deemed fit based on the situation. We will also assist in identifying alternate parking locations, if available.

Promo Code:-

1. Offer valid for selected users who get the communication.
2. Each customer can avail the offer only once during the offer period.
3. Offer is valid only for booking via ParkUpNow on transactions that are for hourly booking only. Daily and Monthly booking cannot avail this offer. 4.
